An attempt by MPs to stop the public knowing about their expenses claims has been criticised by Liberal Democrat campaigner, Leslie Coman.

The government's Planning White Paper is expected to be published this week. It is also expected to scrap the 'supermarket needs test' and stop local authorities considering whether a new supermarket is needed when deciding on planning applications.

Leslie Coman, Liberal Democrats activist, has received further information from Christchurch Borough Council, that the concessionary bus scheme benefits for those with visual impairment is the same as that provided to residents over 60 years of age.
